About Specialised Investment Property Services (SIPS)
SIPS was incorporated in March 2005 by Glenn Hanson, who is the company’s Managing Director.
Glenn has a background in financial services at a senior executive level, and has his own residential property portfolio. Along with close associates, he perceived that there was a real gap in the market for a professional property management company, with an understanding of investment and regulation, providing property management solutions to both corporate and private investors in residential property. He saw a niche opportunity, with such a background, to provide services that support every aspect of residential property investment.
There is an increasing appetite to invest in property as part of an individual’s financial planning. Indeed at one stage residential property was to be an allowable asset class for investment through Self Invested Personal Pensions (SIPPs) although this has since been amended to allow development of syndicated funds, rather than an individual approach.
To meet this growing market, and to provide services that match both corporate institutional standards as well as that for the private investor, SIPS has developed a proposition to provide property management solutions on a UK wide basis. Innovation and proactive solutions are at the heart of this along with professionalism and security.
SIPS only works with professionally qualified business partners, with all new staff required to study for professional qualifications to support their job roles.
