Not all lettings and property management companies are regulated. SIPS are fully qualified and regulated by the National Association of Estate Agents (NAEA).

SIPS provides a full property management service, or a simple rent collection facility. We have developed an innovative approach to the whole management function, ensuring your management and repair costs are properly controlled.

Our full property management service incorporates an innovative insured emergency repair cover, subject to certain criteria, reducing the time and expense involved in dealing with certain emergency repairs. This is inclusive in our fees.
