It may be possible to release funds from your existing property by arranging a buy to let mortgage on this property, which is paid for by the rental income. The funds released, then enable you to purchase property in your new location with an appropriate residential mortgage if need be.

We wish to rent a property in our new location until we return back to the original area. Can you help?

Through our network of professional contacts, as members of the National Association of Estate Agents (NAEA), we are able to search for suitable rental property in the new area.  Indeed we may have such property available managed by ourselves and are then able to manage your property in your current location until such time as you return.
